  • Assessing a role in terms of the most important thinking required to carry out the role effectively. Establishing the type of thinking that would achieve optimum results.
  • Enabling a simplistic over view of person to role match or mismatch, level of comfort with and preference for activities.
  • Understanding how candidates may complement current teams and leadership.
  • Inviting all candidates to undertake Rhodes’ TIP. Assessing individual profiles in relation to role requirements, preferences and perception of job-person match or mis-match.
  • Meeting with the interview panel prior to final interview to offer potential questions that will elicit a deeper level of relevant information regarding candidate role comfort and preference.
  • Generating questions that will uncover a candidates: True comfort with role requirements, leadership and team work approach, preferred decision making process, reaction to change, reaction to risk, potential areas for development.
  • Offering feedback to all candidates, successful or not, on their Rhodes’ TIP. Feedback is purely in terms of profile and will not relate as to why an individual may have been unsuccessful in their application for a role.
  • Successful candidates receive in depth feedback which will include an initial coaching session relating to their role.

The approach and technique is used to raise awareness, inform selection panels and facilitate a deeper and less subjective style of interview. No profiling tool or technique will be used in isolation for selection purposes.

All information contained within any recruitment work is confidential and will only be shared with the candidate and those agreed to be directly involved in the process. Candidates have access to their individual profiles, by request. No profile will be shared with a third party without prior consent from the individual in question.
